WHY ARE THERE NO SHOPS LIKE THIS NEAR MY HOUSE!?!?!?! *swoon*
One of the things I like about going to tito Francis’ house is that he cooks great food. And when I say great food, I mean food good enough for a classy restaurant at a five-star hotel. Heck, he even makes all the vegetables taste good! What’s more awesome is that he didn’t have any formal training whatsover; no culinary school or something like that (he’s a Fine Arts graduate) and he also doesn’t follow a cook book. When I asked him what’s his secret recipe and how he cooks them he just told me that he only “wings it”. Cool isn’t it?
Seeing all these pictures makes me want to be such a great cook that I’ll be able to invite people for dinner on a weekly basis.
There was a time when all you could get at Iacofano’s sandwiches, pizza, and Italian-American classics like lasagna. But now that they’ve upgraded to a bistro-style restaurant, the menu includes pan-seared diver scallops over green pea risotto with sweet corn broth and fennel pollen.
